Professor Wei Qian was invited to give a lecture about EarthProbe at the Center of Deep Exploration, Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences

On the 13^th of November, 2017, Professor Wei Qian was invited to give a lecture with a title "EarthProbe: a new way for measuring high resolution resistivity and chargeability for smart mining". During the lecture, colleagues of the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences and Wei Qian carried out in-depth exchanges of ideas on the issue of mineral exploration. They discussed of avenues of further collaboration between the Hohai University and the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences.

EarthProbe resistivity and chargeability system originates from the research projects of Professors Wei Qian and Bernd Milkereit at the University of Toronto for mineral exploration. This technology can greatly reduce the number of drill holes in an exploration program.
